Food vendors
We’re on the lookout for local food vans and vendors to keep spectators and players fuelled throughout the week of the 2026 Australian Polocrosse Nationals. A variety of food options will help ensure a great experience for everyone on and off the field.
Vendors will be expected to operate across the full event week, covering both daytime and evening sessions as required to service crowds during games and social activities. A $300 site fee applies to secure your place.

Trade Stand Opportunities
For businesses wanting direct exposure to players, families, and spectators, trade stands offer a practical way to showcase your products and services throughout the week-long Championships.
Packages include site access, event passes, online and program recognition, and social media exposure. Sites are unpowered and exhibitors must supply their own marquee or tent.
Photography
We are seeking a professional photographer to capture the action, atmosphere, and community spirit of this iconic national event.
Photography will play a vital role in marketing and promotion, media and PR, sponsorship fulfilment, and legacy documentation. From fast-paced sporting action and sponsor activations to entertainment performances and behind-the-scenes moments, the images will showcase the energy and significance of the Nationals while supporting partners, players, and the broader community.
